VIDEO/DVD ORDER INFORMATION

ORDERING BY MAIL:

Most customers, prefer ordering videos and DVD's online using a credit card. However, should you decide you wish to order by mail you can find our FULL PRINTER-FRIENDLY CATALOG OF VIDEOS/DVS HERE Follow the instructions on the printer friendly catalog. Check what you want, total the cost and don't forget to add shipping!

SHIPPING INFORMATION - CUSTOM AND STOCK VIDEOS:

U.S. ITEMS: Packaged and shipped in a U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail package. ($5.00 charge).
INTERNATIONAL ITEMS: Sent in a padded envelope with customs form attached stating contents are a product sample (charge varies by location... usual range $7.00 to $10.00). All international items are always shipped AIR MAIL!

You may request another form of packaging, ie: box or padded envelope. Please specify on order form. There are no content labels on any of the merchandise.  There is a copyright seal that we require. All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt unless site notification states otherwise (ie: vacation, etc.). Delivery of First Class Mail is usually 2-7 days. AIR MAIL takes 2-4 weeks depending upon customs. Add another 4 weeks for custom video production.

DISCRETION: 

On your statement AMERICAN EXPRESS charges are indicated as Physician's First Choice, Inc or PFC. VISA / MASTERCARD charges are indicated as National Resource Group, Inc. or NRG. Vidoes are packaged in a discreet padded envelope and sent to you once after you've completed the order form and sent payment. There is no labeling specifying the content or our identity.

We MUST have your BILLING ADDRESS (The billing address where your credit card company sends your statement to... not the credit card companies address!) when ordering so that charges are verified with the merchant.  All orders omitting billing address WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED.

PROBLEMS?:

If you've waited longer than the usual expected delivery time, please write to us and we can check the date of when the package was sent. Mail does get stolen and/or lost! We can reship if neccessary! U.S. orders take at least 10 business days for arrival - International AIR MAIL orders 3 weeks. BEWARE! Some international orders get caught in customs!  It happens infrequently...probably one out of every one hundred packages sent overseas, but we cannot prevent it.  It may be necessary for us to reship the package.

I received my package but:

It's the wrong video: Alert us to the situation and we can rectify the problem!
There is something wrong with the video when I play it:.....no audio, video missing... PLEASE WRITE TO US HERE and let us know the problem! 
It's not what I expected: Unless something is physically wrong with the tape, there are absolutely NO RETURNS or REFUNDS.
Please DO NOT return a tape to us unless we ask you to!  We WILL NOT credit the postage to you if you do!
